Our Social Services team helps address social, environmental, and emotional factors that
may impact a patient’s health and recovery. Services include:

• Evaluation of social and emotional needs
• Assistance with problem-solving related to health challenges
• Coordination and use of family and community resources

Therapy Services

Specialized therapy services are available for patients who require rehabilitative care,

Physical Therapy

Physician-prescribed treatment focused on improving and restoring muscle strength and
joint function.

Occupational Therapy

Assistance with regaining skills needed for self-care and daily living activities.

Speech Therapy
