Home Health Aide Services
Home Health Aides may assist with the following, as directed by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse:
Bathing
Dressing
Personal care
Assistance with daily living needs

Social Services
Social Services assess and assist in addressing social, environmental, and emotional factors related to the patient’s health concerns. Services include:
Evaluation of social and emotional needs
Assistance with problem-solving related to health challenges
Coordination and utilization of family and community resources

Therapy Services
Specialized therapy services are available for patients requiring rehabilitative care, including:
Physical Therapy
Physician-prescribed treatment focused on the development, improvement, and restoration of muscle strength and joint function
Occupational Therapy
Assistance in regaining skills necessary for self-care and activities of daily living
Speech Therapy
Support for patients with impaired communication skills to regain speech abilities or learn alternative methods to express needs and feelings
